After three months of onboarding on 1st shift, you'll be fully immersed in evening operations until 12:30 Midnight, keeping our switchboards and lighting panels moving through the line. You review work orders on your station computer, scan in, gather materials, and begin assembling.Use hand and power tools to build and modify electromechanical assemblies (switchboards, lighting panels, and related equipment).Follow blueprints, bills of materials, and one-line diagrams to complete assigned builds.Fasten and secure parts to frames/cabinets, create subassemblies, and complete unit assemblies.Process, scan into/out of work orders and track progress according to schedule or expedited priorities.Keep equipment and your work area clean to maintain safe, reliable operations.Compensation and SchedulePay $19.22Location: Pomona, CA2nd shift: 4:00pm – 12:30 MidnightTraining: 3 months on 1st shiftWhat you'll bringComfort with basic computers and fundamental mechanical/measuring tools.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.Capacity to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.Reach, grasp, and lift up to 50lbs; push/pull/slide heavy materials.Ability to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.At least 18 years of age.Detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.Eager to learn all equipment in the facility and follow defined processes.Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred experienceExposure to blueprint reading.Background working with large industrial machinery.Core proficienciesMechanical assemblyBlueprint readingBring your hands-on skills and curiosity—together we’ll power what matters.
