What you will build

• Translate drawings, blueprints, schematics, specs, work orders, and bills of materials into clear build steps.
• Assemble, align, and secure subassemblies and frames with appropriate hand and power tools.
• Use fixtures, templates, and microscopes to fit and integrate parts with accuracy.
• Create precise mounting and wiring holes: drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spot-face using presses and portable drills.
• Verify dimensions and clearances with precision instruments (e.g., calipers) to meet tolerances.
• Inspect surfaces and perform electrical tests on wiring, assemblies, and circuits; document and address findings.
• Clean components with approved solutions; maintain a tidy, safe, and well-inventoried workspace.

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Substantial electromechanical assembly experience.
• Strong wiring background; proven ability to read and apply schematics.
• Lift up to 35 lbs safely.
• Effective English communication (read/write/speak).
• Team-first mindset; quick learner with reliable execution.
• Safety focus and skilled use of power tools and equipment.
