Key Daily Functions
- Construct passenger coach components, including roofs, wiring harnesses, and electrical systems.
- Interlink wires among components, ensuring secure terminal connections.
- Customized wiring to lengths, securely attaching them as needed.
- Perform component modifications and refurbishments.
- Apply technical diagrams and instructions to assemble with precision.
- Employ fine motor abilities for minute component assembly tasks.
- Completion of high school or GED, with relevant manufacturing or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in the construction-related, automotive, or electrical sectors.
- Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Basic English literacy for communication purposes.
- Core skills in interpreting technical schematics and diagrams.
- Engage in various physical movements such as walking and reaching, including crawling.
- Handling tasks in elevated work environments.
- A capability to lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Critical vision skills, including color discernment and depth evaluation.
