This role partners closely with Marketing and IT to leverage the customer experience platform (Medallia) to collect customer experience data across multiple channels and for several touchpoints across the customer journey. Core activities include but are not limited to: Setting and executing CX strategy, system design and architecture, system integration, data validation, system operations, survey design, mobile survey design, voice systems integration, data analysis, textual analysis, periodic presentations, development of dashboards and reporting tools. As the Sr Manager, Customer Experience Management and Strategy, you will act as a primary user and subject matter expert for the Varian CX system ensuring they meet business needs and provide actionable insights. The position will directly support actions to achieve business KPIs.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, data-driven Customer Experience professional with strong visualization skills, deep process understanding, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive measurable CX improvements.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is
$134,910 - $185,504
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan. life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time.

Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Medallia Product Certified (MPC)
- Experience in Salesforce platform
- Proficiency in SaaS platforms, databases, ELT, APIs, OAuth 2.0, PGP, and workflows
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML and CSS
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and the ability to design solutions that drive efficiency and adoption
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills, fostering trust and credibility with enterprise customers.
- Track record of driving customer adoption, value realization, and retention through strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with business, team, and customers.
- Extensive experience in managing internationalization projects
- Previous experience in medical services industry
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree a plus
- Willing to travel up to 10%
- Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to balance competing priorities and ensure successful project outcomes. You have experience in incorporating new technology, change management, managing stakeholder expectations in an international organization.
