The Base Pay Range For This Position Is
$131,910 - $181,379
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Responsibilities

- Developing and supporting end-to-end embedded software subsystems for SPECT Molecular Imaging cameras, focusing on motion control and safety functions
- Documenting requirements, architecture, and design specifications
- Participating in work estimation, planning, scheduling, and execution as part of an Agile scrum team
- Ensuring conformance and traceability to safety requirements and protocols
- Performing unit testing and supporting integration of deliverables into the product line
- Investigating issues raised by internal and external customers in both laboratory and field settings
- Agile development in a team environment
- Programming languages such as C/C or C#
- Low level SW/HW interface tools, drivers, host emulation, log analysis, CAN sniffer, scopes, logic analyzers
- Motion control, safety systems, failsafe error handling, defect management & resolution
- Collaboration with EE/ME/SW teams & system interactions/impacts
- Radiation safety protocols
- Medical imaging equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong quality/process focus
- Team collaboration orientation
- Safety conscious lab operation and system functionality
- Hands-on HW level system operation/testing/debugging
