As an Engineering Technician within our Molecular Imaging (MI) business unit, you will play a critical role in modernizing, maintaining, and improving our crystal growth and cutting equipment, as well as supporting site infrastructure. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will help ensure production continuity and equipment reliability through both proactive preventive maintenance and rapid response to equipment breakdowns.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is
$60,320 - $82,940
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

You Are Responsible For
- Planning and executing assigned maintenance and equipment improvement projects.
- Installing and implementing new equipment and processes developed by engineering teams.
- Diagnosing and resolving equipment failures through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Communicating effectively through strong interpersonal, listening, oral, and written skills.
- Partnering with operations management to prioritize work and optimize resource allocation.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing, tracking, and driving tasks to completion.
- Coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for specialized maintenance activities.
- Supporting and maintaining spare parts inventory processes in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical degrees, certification, or equivalent practical experience in equipment maintenance, industrial technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, including advanced technical troubleshooting.
- Strong equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills, with interest in working in challenging, high-precision environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with mechanical, software, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Hands-on experience with crystal growth, crystal cutting, and furnace annealing processes.
