This is a role at entry level and well suited to college graduates, looking for developing their career in Strategic Procurement. As Procurement Analyst, you will be trained to get familiar with different IT Commodities and eventually be responsible for:

• Support the acquisition of IT products (hardware, software and services) for both internal and external use.
• Develop, communicate and implement commodity and pooling strategies by fostering cross-functional partnership to ensure cost-effectiveness, innovation, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, run Procurement process and conduct negotiations to achieve optimum conditions and savings through collaborative, targeted activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy to mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies while staying informed about changes in the regulatory landscape.
• Performs Supplier Management by addressing issues and identifying opportunities for improvement, in particular Supplier Development to onboard best suppliers and to ensure an optimum supply chain.

• 0 - 2 years’ working experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills: be able to understand and communicate complex topics with simplicity.
• Quick to learn, result-oriented and self-driven
• B.S in Business (Supply Chain Management preferred)

The base pay range for this position is:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
