How You’ll Make An Impact
- Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of repair equipment to finish, inspect, and evaluate parts per accepted industry standards. Document finish and repair tasks as required.
- Perform inspections and accurately report findings of inspections to operations and supervisor
- Work with or under the direction of managers or engineers.
- Follow all applicable specifications and procedures regarding the performance of shop operations and use all required safety equipment while following established safety procedures
- Keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Support and apply team concepts in daily activities and provide technical direction and training to other employees as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to use hand & power tools safely.
- Prior auto body repair, grinding, fiberglass or resin repair nice to have
- Ability to work in protective suit, mask, respirator, and gloves and able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to read, write and understand metric measuring system.
- Sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours a day and available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days
