How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will develop and execute long-term sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with assigned strategic accounts.
- You will identify and prospect for new customers within your territory to expand the service business footprint.
- You will manage interactions with existing customers to capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- You will monitor customer activity, competitor strategies, and industry trends to adapt your sales strategies effectively.
- You will lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business and close deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B field sales, account management, or business development within the industrial automation, electrification, or energy services sector.
- You demonstrate expertise in managing large or complex sales projects with limited oversight.
- You possess strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for performance tracking and reporting.
- You have a proven ability to develop compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
