How You’ll Make An Impact
- Facilitate onboarding and assignment coordination between personnel and customers
- Ensure job-specific training and qualifications are met for each assignment
- Confirm employees have the necessary IT tools and resources to perform effectively
- Maintain accurate assignment records and data entry in Salesforce
- Escalate safety and HR concerns to management promptly
- Support performance evaluations and follow through on required actions
- Develop and implement policies and procedures; communicate updates to vendors and personnel
- Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting to meet short- and long-term resource needs
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in the environmental health and safety (EHS) field
- Strong understanding of OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, EPA, DOT, and applicable state regulations
- Proven ability to drive results and make informed decisions
- Clear and proactive communication skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
