How You’ll Make An Impact
- Champion a strong safety culture through active engagement with shop floor operations.
- Ensure consistent quality throughout all production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead teams through change.
- Mentor, coach, and hold direct reports accountable to performance expectations.
- Foster a respectful, collaborative work environment across the team.
- Maintain urgency and focus to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Must have a High School diploma/GED that can be verified; Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is preferred.
- 5 years of experience leading a team of hourly employees in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverse environment and resolve conflict constructively
- Commitment to maintain a safe and compliant workplace in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional operations and engineering teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
