How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will assemble, wire, and install complex electromechanical components and sub-assemblies for control systems, following technical drawings and schematics.
- Set up and operate various manufacturing equipment and hand/power tools to perform assembly tasks, ensuring precision in every step.
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to guarantee that assemblies meet established quality standards.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior assembly technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Support site installation of control assemblies during outage seasons, working closely with the site manager to ensure successful execution.
What You Bring
- You have a high school diploma or GED, with vocational training or an Associate’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- With a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex electromechanical assembly, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the role.
- Proficiency in using power tools, assembly equipment, and testing devices like multimeters is essential for ensuring proper functionality.
- You possess strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel for site installations is a must, showcasing your dedication to supporting our operations.
