How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop and implement regional logistics strategies, policies, and procedures for the Americas to support project and business goals.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for all project logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety, and trade regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality across all transformer projects.
- Lead, coach and manage a team of experienced logistics professionals in executing logistics for transformer an switchgear projects, including transport management and risk mitigation.
- Manage logistics supplier relationships and influence and align with internal stakeholders on logistics concepts and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- Significant experience (8 ) in logistics or supply chain management with a focus on large project logistics in the industrial or energy sector.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role (3 years) managing teams of professionals and overseeing regional operations.
- Team building, Business Acumen, Digitalization Mindset and Strategic Thinking are desired key skills.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
