How You’ll Make An Impact
- Attain skills in rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and all other generator components.
- Utilize your proficiency with shop tools, including grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, and wrenches, to select the optimal tool for each task.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, contributing to the assembly process effectively.
- Employ precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy in your work.
- Complete simple forms and perform basic math tasks to support assembly documentation.
- A high school education or equivalent is required.
- Ideally, you have 4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience.
- Proficiency with various shop tools and the ability to choose the right tool for the job.
- Capability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms, along with basic math skills.
- Successful candidates must pass hearing and vision tests.
- You must be able to obtain a fork truck and crane license.
