What you’ll work on

• Operate and set up CNC equipment for multi-operation workflows on transition components.
• Perform machining, bonding, welding, and manual finishing tasks with high precision.
• Read and apply detailed prints, sketches, and specifications to select tooling and cutting strategies.
• Use jib and bridge cranes and forklifts to load/unload parts; assist crane operations safely.
• Follow established operating procedures and maintain a relentless focus on safety and quality.
• Handle materials up to 50 lbs as part of daily routines.

Your background

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3 years in CNC operations with exposure to:
  • Machining
  • Welding
  • Laser applications
  • Coating machines (preferred)
• Certifications: Fork truck/crane license (or ready to earn immediately upon selection); Career Readiness / Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status.
• Core skills: CNC setup/operation, part handling, QA compliance, complex metrology, blueprint interpretation, and strong shop math.
• Medical/fitness: Capable of wearing a respirator; able to pass a Process Operator Proficiency Test; able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests.

Compensation boosts

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus — limited time

• $2,000 after 3 months
• $3,000 after 9 months
