The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156794 annually plus an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

As the Vertical Sales Executive – Data Centers (Building Automation), you will:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of automation and digital opportunities within data center accounts
- Lead consultative discovery focused on uptime, redundancy, cooling optimization, and energy efficiency
- Position Siemens automation solutions to support reliability, scalability, and lifecycle performance
- Act as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Expand digital monitoring, analytics, and energy services within existing portfolios
- Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
- Utilize AI enabled tools to refine sales strategies and improve success rates
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
- 8 years of experience selling building automation, controls, or digital building solutions
- Proven success selling complex technical solutions in mission critical environments
- Strong financial acumen and ability to sell value based solutions
- Experience leading technical presentations and discovery workshops
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Experience supporting data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial facilities
- Knowledge of digital building platforms, analytics, and energy optimization
