Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Account Director based in El Segundo, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Strategic Account Director will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and providing consulting expertise to help clients achieve their business goals. The role demands strategic planning to ensure alignment with client objectives, as well as tracking and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining a deep understanding of Siemens EDA solutions will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and opportunities for growth
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Consulting to establish and maintain effective partnerships
- Proven ability in Strategic Planning to develop and execute long-term account strategies
- Demonstrated success in Sales and driving revenue growth

- 7 years of experience in EDA, technology solutions, or related industries is a plus
