About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Translate product features into clear, customer-focused messaging and value propositions
- Create high-quality assets, including:
- Executive presentations and sales decks
- One-pagers and product collateral
- Feature announcements and release communications
- Drive internal product communication across teams (sales, leadership, stakeholders)
- Support external promotion in collaboration with Siemens branding and communications teams
- Prepare and manage content for:
- Social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Events and conferences
- Product launches and announcements
- Coordinate go-to-market activities for new features and releases
- Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization
- 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong experience in enterprise SaaS or complex B2B products
- Proven ability to create high-quality presentations and marketing assets (PowerPoint skills are essential)
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-heavy role
- You are comfortable creating assets yourself without relying on agencies
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related software
- Familiarity with API, data, or platform products
- Experience working with centralized brand or communications teams
- Work on enterprise-scale products within the Siemens ecosystem
- High visibility across internal stakeholders and leadership
- Opportunity to shape how products are communicated internally and externally
- Own and drive product marketing execution end-to-end
