The successful candidate will be responsible for product management of Siemens EDA products dedicated to RTL-to-GDS digital implementation.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible as the primary product owner for your product space, to grow revenue of target products by delivering value to well-defined market segments. You will be a key part of a cross-functional core team, together with R&D and product engineering, to deliver overall product success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize product success as measured by product revenue and adoption
- Define and validate target market requirements. Work with customers and partners to identify and prioritize user requirements
- Work with development teams to define product roadmap and solutions that outperform the competition, while minimizing time-to-market
- Develop and execute product campaigns such as product launches and market proliferation campaigns
- Enable field and sales channel success with effective sales training and support
- Define product messaging and positioning, and deliver effective customer-facing collateral for product visibility
- 7 years of experience or more in EDA or semiconductor engineering roles, preferably customer-facing.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field. An advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience in product management or other technical management roles, including identifying target market segments, user requirements, roadmap, and development priority. Additionally, experience in the 3D IC application space is preferred.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to interface effectively with audiences from a wide range of technical and business levels.
- Business acumen and expertise in semiconductors / EDA, able to tie product deliverables to revenue and financial objectives
