Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Summer Intern to support our Sales Pricing, Policy, Quality Department. Bring your curiosity, your builder mindset, and your desire to ship — we’ll give you real problems, real experiences with real impact.
This role will focus on developing and scaling intelligent Copilot-based agents to enhance productivity, decision-making, and enablement across the Sales organization. It will intersect and provide you visibility into AI, automation, and software sales operations.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise AI deployment within a global sales environment, while working directly with leaders driving innovation in Sales Policy, Quality, and Pricing (PPQ).

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance Copilot-based AI agents to support sales workflows (e.g., quoting scenarios, Sales Deal enablement, Sales Deal guidance, Pricing analysis)
- Collaborate with Sales Operations stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities across Sales Policy, Quality, and Pricing
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI use cases and agent workflows
- Test, validate, and iterate on agent performance to ensure accuracy, usability, and compliance
- Support integration of AI tools with platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, & Microsoft Teams
- Document use cases, best practices, and user guidance to support broader adoption.
- Contribute to ongoing AI enablement and training materials for global sales audience & teams.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience building or working with Microsoft Copilot agents (or similar AI/LLM-based agent frameworks)
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, conversational design, and workflow automation
