The Strategic Planning Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s long-term strategy and annual planning processes. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, including timelines, templates, and coordination across business segments
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Develop compelling presentations and visualizations to support storytelling and influence decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategic priorities into operational plans
- Monitor progress against key strategic initiatives and KPIs
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and surface them proactively to leadership
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to support long-term planning efforts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear narratives

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA) and PMP certification preferred, but not required
- 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role
