As part of a Region and/or Zone Services organization, a Learning Operations Specialist falls under our Services Operations Specialist job family and supports the Services Engagement Lifecycle from Opportunity to Booking and from Order to Cash
The Services Operations Specialist collaborates with the Engagement Manager, Project Manager, and Services Business Management on opportunity and project management activities, acting as a central point of contact for various internal stakeholders including Resource Managers, Service Delivery Resources, Finance, Legal, Global Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, and Credit and Collections. This role operates under light supervision, providing support for small to mid-sized Consulting and Learning Services Opportunities and Projects.
An additional responsibility of this role is someone who will manage the logistics of our laptop fleet used to support Learning services activities. This includes:

This role operates under light supervision, providing support for small to mid-sized Consulting and Learning Services Opportunities and Projects.
An additional responsibility of this role is someone who will manage the logistics of our laptop fleet used to support Learning services activities. This includes:
- maintaining the laptop fleet and ensuring they are sanitized before each customer use
- shipping and receiving coordination with customers and other Siemens offices
- lifting of objects up to 50 pounds
- managing the inventory of items going outbound and inbound
- no IT knowledge is required for the laptops, however basic knowledge of Chrome OS and Windows OS is preferred
- person must be able to commute to the Milford, OH area, as that is where the laptop fleet is currently located and shipping /receiving takes place from there.
- Associates Degree (or 5 year work experience in areas of responsibilities mentioned); Bachelors Degree Preferred.
- Must currently reside in Cincinnati.
- At least 5 years of administrative/office manager type of experience is strongly preferred.
- Must possess excellent skills with MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint), communication tools (e.g., MS Teams).
- Must have excellent organizational skills, problem solving, must be a good communicator, and work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to maintain secure and confidential information.
- Must demonstrate ability to work in a high-profile environment with tact and grace.
- Must be comfortable working on multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
- Knowledge of customer training and how a training business operates is preferred.
- Must be able to commute to Milford, OH each week when required to support hardware needs. The office will soon be located in Mason, OH with the same commute requirements to support hardware.
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
