We are looking for an RMA Coordinator. This position is a hybrid role at one of the following locations: Atlanta GA, Johnson City TN, Harleysville PA, Elk Grove IL and Lebanon OH.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Process and authorize returns from customers, assessing eligibility, and communicating authorization status to customers and relevant teams.
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information for return and repair requests and provide clear instructions, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage the returns process specifically related to materials requiring repair or service and coordinate with repair technicians and service centers to synchronize the repair and return of materials.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of return authorizations, material approvals, and repair processes.
- Run reports and analyze data related to returns, material authorizations, and repair processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in RMA processing or customer service in a non‑retail, professional environment
- Experience handling customer inquiries, issues, or escalations in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, to include; Outlook, Excel, Notes and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including responding to customers while entering and processing information
- Exposure to CRM systems or the willingness to learn
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to adapt to changing priorities
- Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
- SAP experience
- Knowledge of quality control
