Transform the everyday with us We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician to join the LEAN team at our Fort Worth, TX site! As part of our LEAN Manufacturing group, you'll play an important role in driving continuous improvement across the entire production floor, ensuring that improvements are practical and sustainable. You'll assist with setting up equipment, optimizing layouts, and reducing waste using LEAN methodologies. This position is about making real change, helping teams work smarter, and getting better every day. Shift Hours: 7:00 AM ΓÇô 3:30 PM Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $35.75 YouΓÇÖll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years in a manufacturing facility. - Familiarity with basic Lean principles (i.e. 6S, 7 Waste, Kaizen, Problem Solving) - Proficient in hand and power tolls for installation of electro-mechanical equipment. - Basic computer skills including Microsoft office. - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics. - Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language. - Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: - Two-year technical degree or equivalent. - Strong Verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and deliver trainings. - 4+ years supporting manufacturing in a tech role. - Experience in safely operating powered industrial vehicles. - Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications. - SAP Knowledge or equivalent ERP systems. YouΓÇÖll make an impact by: - Demonstrating curiosity and commitment to continuous learning - Taking ownership of tasks and proactively seeking improvement opportunities. - Supporting or Leading Lean initiatives, training and continuous improvement activities. - Contributing to the design of efficient layouts and material flows to optimize productivity. - Developing standards and work instructions to ensure consistency in production processes. - Conducting problem investigations, root cause analysis, solution implementation, and follow-up. - Assisting with the set-up of production lines and processes, including hands-on activities. - Collaborating with manufacturing, contractors, and suppliers from project implementation. - Performs other work as advised by Supervision.
