We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. This position will be based in Pomona, CA. Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant. The supervisor will lead 4+ employees. Responsibilities: ΓÇó Responsible for equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime with a proactive and urgent approach. ΓÇó Plans and propose maintenance budgets, strategically prioritizing expenditures to maximize operational efficiency. ΓÇó Serves as the main technical expert and point of contact for all building infrastructure topics, collaborating closely with the facilities team to ensure optimal building performance and compliance ΓÇó Leads effective collaboration with external suppliers and maintenance service providers, fostering strong partnerships. ΓÇó Leads plant training programs for maintenance personnel. ΓÇó Ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with Siemens AG EH&S policies and OSHA regulations. ΓÇó Leads teams of Maintenance Technicians in predictive & preventative maintenance and machine repair, instilling a results-driven work ethic and a culture of ownership. ΓÇó Responsible for the development, implementation, and day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems, processes and documentation associated with efficient and Robust Manufacturing Organizations (Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, OEE, SOPΓÇÖs, Safety, etc.). ΓÇó Ensures maintenance is scheduled in a timely manner and works closely with Production to schedule and accomplish equipment and facility repairs. ΓÇó Excellent communication skills and a responsive approach to inquiries are crucial. You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: ΓÇó 4 yearsΓÇÖ experience leading a maintenance team including general manufacturing practices, manufacturing engineering. ΓÇó Demonstrated strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. ΓÇó Detailed knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, inventory and CMMS, preferred. ΓÇó Experience in ERP systems, ex: SAP Preferred Qualifications ΓÇó BS degree in mechanical, or related engineering degree ΓÇó Knowledge and experience of Total Productive Maintenance systems. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
