What You’ll Do
- Manage and design infrastructure projects with oversight of schedules, budgets, and contract fees
- Collaborate with principals, marketing, and technical staff on proposals and project delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians to foster professional growth
- Participate in recruiting, fee negotiations, and billing reviews
- Promote and maintain design standards and quality assurance processes
- Engage with clients and contribute to business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience in project management and civil engineering design
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
