What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Siegfried Rivera?
Siegfried Rivera is seeking a full-time, onsite, Marketing Coordinator to join our Coral Gables office. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will support various communications initiatives to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation within our communities.
The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong event management, client relations and content creation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
•Secure and coordinate speaking engagements for attorneys.
•Assist with launching and promoting educational seminars and webinars.
•Manage event logistics, including securing venues and coordinating vendor sponsorships.
•Publicize firm events and collaborate with the Marketing Director to drive awareness and engagement from target audiences.
•Brainstorm and develop fresh, engaging topics and formats to keep events dynamic.
•Support the set-up and execution of events as needed.
•Track prospective contacts, seminar attendees and leads for follow-up opportunities.
•Assist in creating social media assets, including graphics, short-form videos, and reels to showcase events, attorney achievements and firm initiatives.
•Monitor performance metrics and engagement across social platforms, recommending improvements to boost visibility and reach.
Qualifications
•1–2 years of communications or marketing experience in a professional services organization (internships and academic experience considered) is preferred, but not mandatory.
•Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
•Familiarity with design and video-editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar) preferred.
•Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
