Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance Tax Accountants from large CPA firms with 3 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate Strong corporate compliance experience is required, while partnership experience is a plus CPA or progression towards, preferred Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associate to Associate Manager Strong computer desktop skills required.
