What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Siegelman Stable?
About Siegelman Stable
Siegelman Stable is a New York-based luxury fashion brand that blends harness racing heritage with contemporary streetwear. We partner with some of the most recognized names in sports, entertainment, and culture, including the NY Knicks, NY Yankees and Mets, Ford, Chase, Prince Tennis, and Don Julio - and we’re just getting started. We’re a fast-growing team building something original at the intersection of sport, style, and storytelling.
The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager who operates less like a box-checker and more like the operating system of the company. This role reports directly to the COO - who leads day-to-day operations across legal, finance, partnerships, and business development and works closely with the CEO and CCO to keep the business running with precision, energy, and accountability.
You’ll be exposed to virtually every aspect of how a modern fashion brand operates - finance, legal, project planning, production, creative, events, partnerships and more.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the central hub for project tracking and execution across all company functions - partnerships, production, creative, events, legal, finance, and operations.
- Own and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using spreadsheets and lightweight tracking systems.
- Proactively schedule check-ins with team members and external partners to ensure workstreams stay on track.
- Attend meetings across departments, capture key takeaways, and translate them into clear action items and owners.
- Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles before they slow the team down.
- Manage communication flow between internal teams, external vendors, and brand partners.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement coordination, and vendor management as needed.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role.
- Background in fashion, retail, creative/advertising agencies, or high-growth startups strongly preferred.
- Startup or early-stage company experience is a plus.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong experience working with spreadsheet-based systems (Sheets/Excel).
- You actively use AI tools in your work and are excited about integrating them into how a team operates.
- Ability to work in-office in New York City, full-time.
Why Siegelman Stable
This is a rare opportunity to join a luxury fashion brand at an inflection point - backed by major partnerships and led by founders with deep roots in sport, style, and culture. You’ll work directly with senior leadership across every part of the business, gaining exposure that most PM roles simply don’t offer. If you want to build something, not just manage something, this is the place.
Siegelman Stable LLC is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
