Siegelman Stable is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing fashion brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands the behind-the-scenes mechanics of running a modern fashion business and enjoys balancing e-commerce, inventory, and customer experience.
You will work closely with the founder and team to ensure that our online store, inventory systems, and customer interactions run smoothly.
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and update the Shopify store (product uploads, inventory updates, product descriptions, collections)
- Assist with online launches and product drops
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure orders ship accurately and on time
Inventory & Operations
- Track inventory levels across Shopify and warehouse systems
- Assist with inventory forecasting and restocks
- Coordinate shipments, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain organized product data and SKU systems
Customer Experience
- Handle customer service inquiries via email and social media
- Resolve order issues, shipping delays, and returns professionally
- Maintain a high-quality brand experience across all customer touchpoints
General Business Support
- Assist with daily operational tasks for the brand
- Support product launches and logistics
- Help maintain internal systems and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and other partners
- Experience working with Shopify
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and growing brands
