Role Summary
Candidates must be able to effectively present, promote and sell company inventory, identify the needs of the customer, provide suggestions, up-sell, and/or promote alternative options. This position involves face to face interactions with prospective customers out in the field, generating sales leads via social media platforms, responding to incoming inquiries via phone call and email, engaging with existing tenants for retention purposes.
Responsibilities
- Increases sales by developing and maintaining relationships within the community
- Manages and maintains customer records
- Upsells and promotes company inventory
- Generates additional leads through social media posting and the distribution of supplied marketing materials
- Maintain prospective tenant relationships
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- GREAT telephone voice/demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 6 months of B2B sales and or customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of internet and Microsoft computer programs
- Strong verbal/written English communication skills
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Be goal oriented and organized
- Applicant must be proactive, willing to take direction and possess a strong work ethic
- Be able to pass drug and background screenings
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Working Conditions
- Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15lbs.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $16 per hour
- Commission: $25 per sale
- Fuel reimbursement of up to $75 per week
