Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field operations across various locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Provide leadership and support to on-site teams
- Report on project status, including any challenges or risks
- Maintain high standards of safety and security
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of security or military experience with prior management experience
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, primarily outside Nevada markets
Work Schedule: Ability to work 8 hours per day with little to no supervision
Background: No criminal convictions
Driving Record: Clean driving record required
Licensing: Able to obtain a Non-Gaming Sheriff's Card (LVMPD)
