We're a team of writers, developing verbal identity, brand voice, messaging and content strategies for our clients. We also create written content across channels for them, including content for digital products and brand campaigns.What we're looking for: You're a phenomenal writer. You love language. You're just as comfortable presenting ideas to clients as you are mentoring up-and-coming writers. You are smart, nice, unstoppable and inclusive.As a Director, Brand Communication at Siegel Gale, you will: Lead verbal identity and writing assignments, including providing senior oversight and interfacing with senior clients Guide client presentations and pitches, and direct internal client teamsCollaborate with design and strategy teams to enhance compelling and cohesive creative and strategic outputEstablish influential relationships with clients' communication teamsRecruit and assign work to freelancers, when neededMaintain consistent client contact to build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow businessAct as an expert and thought leader in new business effortsGuide aspects of new business proposals, defining approach, pricing and scopes of workExplore and define AI-related verbal identity approaches and deliverables Facilitate group ideation sessionsEnsure high-quality writing and across multiple client projects Have the opportunity to to build the practice and a team over time You're a great fit for this position if you have:Blends creative writing capabilities with understanding of business and branding objectives8 years of relevant experienceExceptional all-around creative writing / copywriting and content strategy skillsExperience concepting and developing campaigns Working knowledge of major branding topics (strategy, research, design, etc.)Expertise in multiple industries, including B2BSiegel Gale continually seeks to advance the concepts of equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees. Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
