As a Designer at Siegel Gale, you will:

• Partner with colleagues in the design team and across other disciplines such as account management, brand strategy and brand communications to translate strategies into meaningful and memorable brand expressions
• Ideate, create, refine and codify all aspects of design concepts under the supervision of the senior design team
• Prepare materials for internal reviews and client meetings
• Work with production designers to ensure the integrity of the original design intent and the flawless execution in implementation
• Be accountable for managing your time according to project schedules
• Continuously elevate your command of design tools and your understanding of emerging technologies to create dynamic and innovative brand expressions

You're a great fit for this position if you have:

• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for composition, color, typography and use of graphic language
• Understanding of brand identity and experience design in service of meeting a brand’s business objectives
• Excellent command of common design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Knowledge of motion design software and web development tools
• Insatiable curiosity to experiment with innovative means of expression
• Great attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and the ability to juggle more than one project at a time
• Ability to simplify
• 2 years of experience in a design, branding or advertising firm
• Undergraduate degree (B.F.A.) or equivalent; or 5 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination education and experience
• Travel as required

This position will be four (4) days in-office at our Los Angeles or San Francisco location.
