Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Developer (ServiceNow Snowflake)

Location: Dallas Texas

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development and integrations, including data integration with Snowflake. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions while enabling seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Build and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and Snowflake for reporting, analytics, and data warehousing use cases
• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM as per business requirements
• Optimize performance, data quality, and security for ServiceNow–Snowflake data pipelines
• Work closely with data engineers, platform architects, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using ServiceNow best practices
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow upgrade, security, and governance standards
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Platform Development experience
• Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST APIs, MID Server
• Working knowledge of Snowflake architecture, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Snowflake or other data warehouses
• Solid understanding of CMDB and data normalization
• Experience with source control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
• Experience with ETL tools, data pipelines, or streaming solutions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Performance Analytics or advanced reporting
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
