Responsibilities
- Work with product owners to design and build solutions across Sales and Communication Cloud solutions.
- Ensure that solutions provided are delivered on time.
- Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices and guardrails both functionally and non-functionally.
- Document solutions to the required standard.
- Create automated tests for developed solutions.
- Review own and peers' outputs to identify and flag errors or potential issues.
- Provide test, release, and in-life developer support.
- Follow Dev Ops processes for code and release management.
- Influence the evolution of best practices and guardrails through own personal experience and learning.
- Experience in working as part of an Agile team.
- Minimum of 3 years of development experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud covering full software development lifecycle.
- Minimum 2 years of development experience on the core Salesforce Communications Cloud products covering full software development lifecycle.
- Experience across these specific Communications Cloud products (EPC, CPQ, OM, ESM).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple locations and time zones.
- Experience working with Experience Cloud.
- An understanding of and experience using DevOps tooling as part of a large Salesforce Communications Cloud project.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
