We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist to support our business by developing and maintaining insightful dashboards, reports, and data models within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics). You will work closely with business and technical teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve customer relationship management.

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data visualizations.
- Manage datasets, dataflows, and lenses within Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to integrate CRM Analytics into business workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structure (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in creating dashboards, lenses, and datasets.
- Basic knowledge of SAQL and SOQL is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
