Job Description: Client Partner (Enterprise Accounts)

Location: San Jose, CA (On-site/Hybrid) Full Time

Target Account: Palo Alto Networks

Seniority Level: Senior / Director Level

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Client Partner to lead and expand our partnership with Palo Alto Networks. Based in San Jose, you will be the primary point of contact and the strategic architect for this marquee account. Your mission is to deeply understand their business objectives, navigate their internal landscape, and position our high-value services and solutions to drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan specifically tailored to the evolving needs of Palo Alto Networks.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with C-suite executives, departmental VPs, and key stakeholders within the client organization.

Revenue Ownership: Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from identifying new opportunities within the account to closing complex service contracts and renewals.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure our solutions exceed client expectations and KPIs.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and Palo Alto Networks' specific product roadmap to proactively suggest innovative partnership opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 10 years in Account Management, Client Partnering, or Sales, with a proven track record of managing "Big Tech" or enterprise-grade accounts.

Direct Expertise: Prior experience serving or working closely with Palo Alto Networks is highly preferred.

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Infrastructure managed services.

Location: Must be based in the San Jose/Bay Area to facilitate frequent on-site presence and high-touch engagement.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical executive audiences.

Performance Indicators

Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within the account.

Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Successful expansion into new business units within the client organization.
