The Position: PET/CT Technologist
Employment Status: Full time or Part Time
Hours per two-week pay-period: 72 hours or 48 hours
Essential Job Functions:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our I CARE Imaging team. Essential duties of the position include independently performing PET/CT while administering radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with department protocols, and assisting in establishing and keeping current policy and procedures for the PET/CT. If you enjoy serving others through purposeful work, Sidney Health Center is the place for you. The Imaging Team is critical to providing quality imaging to patients in our service area. - Independently perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine, CT and PET/CT Exams
- Administers radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures
- Administers and records isotope dosage in accordance with established departmental protocol
- Assist in establishing and keeping current policy and procedures for the PET/CT
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program
- Graduate of a PET Training Program
- 2 years of experiences as a PET/CT Technologist
- ARRT (CT)
- NMTCB PET Certification
- Montana State Radiologic Technologist License
- BLS CPR for healthcare providers
