Role Overview:
The IAM Analyst manages the end-to-end user lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) to ensure secure, efficient access across the organization. This role blends process automation, technical troubleshooting, and governance using SailPoint and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Automation: Identify and implement automation for JML processes; drive the rollout and onboarding of new applications in partnership with Dev and Ops teams.
- Identity Governance: Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint and provide logs/documentation for audit compliance.
- Operational Support: Resolve IAM-related incidents and support tickets; manage provisioning requests via ServiceNow and SailPoint.
- Integrated Design: Collaborate with Tech Leads, HR, and IT to align IAM technology with organizational needs and end-to-end design standards.
- Change Management: Support system stability through active participation in change and incident management processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–4 years in Privileged Access Management (PAM) as well as CyberArk and other Secret Management tools.
- Tools: Proficiency with SailPoint and ServiceNow (SNOW) is essential.
