Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will support team leadership in the Strategic Planning and Analysis group. This person will be responsible for supporting the analytical and reporting needs of the Strategic Planning Group and will work with individuals across the Firm’s offices worldwide and at various levels. The primary responsibilities include financial analysis and reporting at an organization wide, office and group level, performing deep-dive analyses to provide insights into performance, preparation of recurring internal financial reports, and other due diligence and ad hoc project-based analysis as required. The individual will work closely with all levels of leadership in the Strategic Planning and Analysis group to prepare, evaluate and communicate results to key stakeholders in the organization.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare recurring reporting for internal Firm needs and various external requests.
- Support the preparation of materials for various meetings of Firm management.
- Perform due diligence and other analysis to support Firm initiatives.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from Firm leadership at all levels and various internal business professionals.
- Communicate and prepare responses for external industry publications, including researching and compiling industry benchmarking information.
- Assist with other efforts and complete special projects as necessary, working closely with peers, Managers and other leadership in the Strategic Planning and Analysis function.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Accounting and IT on technology-based reporting solutions and enhancements.

Required
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 4 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
- Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Law firm finance experience.
