Sideways BBQ is hiring Servers who are friendly, fast, and professional. We’re a very lively BBQ restaurant & bar with a strong local following, a great atmosphere, and busy shifts. If you like making people happy, keeping things moving, and working with a team that actually pulls their weight, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do
- Greet guests like you mean it and run a strong section from start to finish
- Take accurate food drink orders and enter them efficiently
- Know the menu, make real recommendations, and guide the experience
- Keep your section clean and moving (pre-bus, reset, stock, repeat)
- Handle payments accurately (cash/card) and close checks correctly
- Help the team during busy shifts so service stays smooth
- Follow food safety sanitation standards every shift
What we’re looking for
- Serving experience preferred (high-volume experience is a plus)
- Friendly, confident communication and solid guest instincts
- Hustle organization: you can multitask without melting down
- Calm under pressure and not allergic to teamwork
- Reliable attendance (this should not be a rare skill)
- Familiarity with Toast is a plus
- Evening/weekend availability is mandatory
- Sunday availability is mandatory
