What you’ll do
- Set up job sites safely
- Drill ports, set injection fittings, operate lifting rigs to level sidewalks, slabs, patios, and pool decks
- Mix/handle materials (poly foam/grout), patch/finish holes, clean the site
- Basic measuring, documentation, and before/after photos
- Load/unload tools, maintain trucks/trailers, keep inventory organized
- (Nice to have) digital marketing and social media skills, and an interest in sales
You’re a fit if you
- Have a valid driver’s license, a clean MVR, and a high school diploma/GED (college experience is a major bonus)
- Can lift 80–100 lbs, work on your feet, and handle outdoor work in all weather
- Know hand/power tools (hammer drill, grinder, concrete saw) and basic math/measurements
- Show up on time, follow safety rules, and take pride in clean, careful work
Pay & schedule
- $20–$28/hour DOE overtime; performance bonuses available
- Mon–Fri, ~7am–5pm (some Saturdays during peak season)
