In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, prepare delicious Smoothies, Juices, Acai Bowls, and Toasts, operate POS systems, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their dining experience
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
• Operate POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
• Upsell menu items to boost sales and promote special offers effectively
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation tasks including slicing, assembling, and packaging orders efficiently, as well as various food prep
• Manage cash register operations accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Support team members during busy periods by multitasking across food service, cashiering, and customer assistance

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Clover
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail math or grocery store operations can be beneficial for cash handling and sales upselling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members
• Basic math skills for transactions, inventory management, and daily reporting are essential

Pay: From $18.60 per hour
