You’ll assist with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while maintaining a warm, professional, and proactive presence throughout each interaction.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all times, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Handle guest reservations and inquiries promptly and courteously, answering the phone with professionalism.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately using the Maestro and Aloha systems.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
- Coordinate with Concierge Services to arrange guest experiences on and off the property.
- Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, security, and confidentiality of guest information.
- Communicate effectively and positively with team members and management.
- Adhere to attendance and appearance standards and arrive to work on time as scheduled.
- Assist in promoting on-site amenities and upsell guest experiences when appropriate.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience and achieve overall service excellence.
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
