Help athletes and sports families sell their used gear by hosting pop-up trade-in events across New England.
Role OverviewWe’ll train you to become an expert in running sporting-goods trade-in events. In this role, you will:
- Host and manage pop-up trade-in events throughout the region
- Build relationships with partner stores and facilities
- Use our trade-in value guide and event software to buy used gear on-site
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage and motivate part-time event staff
- Review business metrics to grow the profitability of your territory
Most of your event schedule will be planned for you. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the autonomy to pitch and launch additional events and buying opportunities. This position is perfect for someone who wants to learn how to run their own business unit and think like an entrepreneur.
