What are the responsibilities and job description for the Martial Arts Instructor position at Sidekicks Martial Arts?
SideKick Martial Arts is looking for a reliable, energetic instructor (18 ) to help lead classes for kids and teens. Black belt in any major style required. Experience is a plus, but not required - we will train you how to teach and run classes.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist and lead martial arts classes
- Work with kids in a structured, positive environment
- Help students build confidence, discipline, and fitness
- Prepare the dojo before class (set up equipment)
- Maintain a clean and organized dojo
- Put equipment away after class
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 (college students welcome)
- Black belt in any major martial art
- Positive attitude and good with kids
- Reliable and willing to learn
