Sidekick Plumbing is looking for a dependable, skilled Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. This position offers a unique mix of residential service, repair, remodeling, and light construction work—keeping every day different.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, fixtures, pumps, water treatment equipment, and gas piping
- Perform plumbing work for bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations
- Rough-in and finish plumbing for remodeling projects
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain repair options
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
- Complete digital job notes, photos, and invoices using our field management software
- Follow all plumbing codes and company quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Experience with both service and construction plumbing
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in crawl spaces, basements, and attics
