Spyglass Talent Solutions is a retained recruitment firm based in Raleigh, NC. Our firm has been engaged by a Wilmington-based boutique multifamily general contractor to conduct a search for an experienced Project Manager.
Reporting to the Construction Company President, the Project Manager will join a talented team of professionals specializing in multifamily construction and development in desirable coastal markets in North & South Carolina. The position will be responsible for managing multiple projects to ensure assets are delivered in conformance with plans / specifications and within established budgets and timeframes.
Responsibilities include :
- Assume responsibility for project success.
- Lead a team consisting of consultants and field personnel.
- Invest sufficient time to gain a comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications.
- Bid solicitation through contract execution for all phases of construction.
- Produce monthly owner progress and financial reports.
- Develop aggressive yet obtainable schedule using critical path method.
- Manage projects using Procore.
- Lead OAC meetings.
- Foster working relationships with field managers to create a synergistic environment.
- Add value for the developer and owner.
- Exhibit a professional image at all times.
