Summary
The OMT Specialist’s primary responsibility will be to enter and update data in F&O, our ERP system, and monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliation. This role requires high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Collects data and inputs information into F&O
- Regularly reviews records for accuracy and performs regular backups of information to ensure data preservation
- Updates databases with new or revised information as necessary
- Sorts and organizes paper records or notes after data entry
- Prepares digital materials or files for printing
- Provides team members with requested data, information, or assistance in locating specific parts
- Facilitate timely and accurate order management of environmental and refuse vehicles
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (internally and externally) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely communication of changes on sales orders with the Sales Team
- Assist in monthly Accounts Receivable collection by contacting customers, and working with sales and service team to resolve any discrepancies
- Completion of related tasks as requested

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, is required
- Some data entry experience highly preferred
- Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required
